Brian Grazer is also producing 8 Mile. A film with the beautiful and talented Brittany Murphy (Girl, Interupted, Don't Say A Word, Riding In Cars With Boys) and controversial music artist Eminem.

Ron Howard and his movie partner Brian Grazer have brought the entire archives to Playboy magazine.
Howard's Imagine Entertainment teamed up with with Universal Pictures to buy 48 years of the magazine to so they can make movies based on the controversial magazine's articles.
 
"Playboy magazine has served as the birthplace of source material for numerous movies, TV shows, and plays", Brian explains. "But we think there's still a lot of gold left to be mined from those archives". 
 
As well as obtaining the archives, Imagine Entertainment has also snapped up the film rights to the life story of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner.
